Awesome service department, Pete Holland helped me out with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee! I only visted the dealership twice. Once to drop off my car and once to pick it up. Mr. Holland was extremly helpful and knowledgeble. I will return if I run into any other car issues.
Unfortunately, I experienced car trouble while I was traveling for work, but I am so grateful and happy that Dodge accommodated me. They were able to either pull my records (or communicate with my "home" dealership), but either way, they were able to see that I had a lifetime warranty. They did inform me that it would be a few days for completion of service, and directed me to the nearest Enterprise for a rental (which I hoped would have been covered), but I was informed that I would have to pay. Luckily, the repairs actually took longer than expected, and at that point, the dealership did agree to pay for the extended rental. So I am definitely appreciative of the service that was extended to me. My only complaint is that I did have to call for service updates. (So I had to call to find out that my vehicle would not be ready when initially advised, but again, they did take care of the rental from that point.) Considering that I was out of town, I was "on edge" as to what was happening with my vehicle, and I was treated like I was a "regular" customer.
