Update: after extensive discussion with management the car was examined by the company mechanics and our son's money was refunded in full. We very much appreciate their willingness to work through this and do the right thing. Our 18 year old son bought a car from Community Car sales on Friday 2/12. On Wednesday 2/17/21- the car caught on fire- a total loss. Community Cars provided no assistance. Did not offer any compensation, refund or exchange of vehicles. Their customer service is horrid and I wouldn't let my worst enemy purchase a car from them! Run the other way! Do not buy a car from this dealership!
